Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring optimal product placement and performance in stores. Your strategic approach and strong communication skills will be key to fostering successful partnerships and maximizing revenue

Qualifications:

• College Graduates

• 2-year Vocational Course Graduates

• Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college

• Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience

• High School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience

• Willing to work on holidays and weekends

• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules



Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer's emails

• Providing product and service information to customers

• Management and resolve customer complaints

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
