URGENT HIRING - Material Requirements Planning Process Lead Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Material Requirements Planning: Reviews weekly inventory report to recommend parameter changes with details on expected cash, cost, and service impact. Runs the system to identify material constraints on the latest MPS and suggests changes. Makes changes to the PR and then converts to PR (automated or using global support) and shares with suppliers over the supplier collaboration tool. Review inventory projections to address slow-moving inventory as well as plan for pre-build stock.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Responsible for the MRP run and validates the PR (exceptions - machine selected entries) Identifies material constraints on the latest MPS and suggest changes PO generation , release and control Participates in the MTCP/LTCP meeting along with the L2 E2E specialist to support SC plans Responsible for Managing the RPM up stocking and down stocking for transition and innovation – planning and run down of materials for production related to promos and innovation trials( Phase in – phase out)
Key Interactions: Identifies risk in the finalized plan and raises to L2 Execution planner for resolution (over Kinaxis) Performs balance of material analysis; shares feedback with L1 Response Planner Collaborate with L2 E2E Supply Planner and Procurement for MTCP requirements and feedback Makes changes to the PR and then converts to PR (automated or using global support) and share with suppliers over the supplier collaboration tool Liaise with Suppliers and Procurement to resolve availability constraints and gaps Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)Knowledgeable in SAP and Oracle Work experience and knowledge with Supply Chain 4 to 5 years' experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Detail oriented and able to multi-task Dependable and willingness to learn Team player with a positive attitude Amenable to a Hybrid set-up Open to shifting schedule Can start ASAP Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
