cybersecurity and assurance professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.

developing and implementing engagement strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the overall

What you will do in this role: Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assurance services delivery team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Recruit, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals. Client Engagement: Work with exciting clients and innovative technologiesDevelop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client's needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Assurance Services Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.Plan and manage assurance projects with a heavy focus on quality assurance.Work on exciting projects in PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, and more.Act as a trusted advisor to clients in matters related to cybersecurity and assurance. Training and Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Develop and lead training programs for service delivery teams. What education and certification you will need:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Preference for technical certifications including CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead
Auditor, and similar
What experience is required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering IT Audit and cybersecurity in a professional
services environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
