**Responsibilities**:
Develop data collection templates

Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports for team and individual level

Maintain appropriate records of research methods and results

Analyze data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels

Responsible for preparation,

analysis, and timely completion and submission of all required reports for internal and presentation purposesAssist on various clerical works for program leaders

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 1-2years college education

6 months - 1 year related experience in the BPO industry

Attentive to details and results-oriented

Excellent documentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
