Job Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound calls from B2B, B2C, and Door to Door Campaigns

Ability to read from requested scripts

Maintain effective record-keeping for all calls handled

Maintain compliance and call handling requirements

Ensure

all verifications are of quality and within the timeframe requiredEnsure accuracy of data obtained from verification records

Communicate effectively and efficiently with all parties involved in the verification process

Provide outstanding customer service experience to prospective customers

Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly department goals are met

Minimum Qualifications

At least SHS graduate

At least 6 months of BPO Experience, preferably with Sales Experience

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Willing to work on-site

Can start ASAP
