Job Descriptions:

- Create detailed documentation for each contact
- Assess billing for accuracy and correct any errors
- Communicate policy, billing changes, or updates to customers
- Detailed orientated with a strong focus on communication, quality, and customer experience
- Maintain and manage monitors visitation schedules

Job Requirements:

- With or without BPO experience
- At least High School / SHS Graduate
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Can work onsite
