Urgent Hiring Branch Operations Specialist - Project Based

Location/s: Makati Service Center, Binondo, and Bataan

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administrative or customer service functions is required for this position.
• Background in insurance operational processes
• Customer oriented
• Highly developed sense of integrity
• Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:

-Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel's branch operational requirements related to New Business -processing, collection and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel's sales targets.? Provide customer service support in a timely manner and reliable service delivery for after-sales requests.
-Processing of New Business transactions within the agreed service level standard
-Accurate and timely posting of premium collections
-Processing of after sales transactions within the agreed service level standards
-Provides effective customer and distributor service for walk-in clients
-Upkeep of branch office facilities
-Distributor relationship
-Perform other functions that would be required from time to time
