We are looking for a Jr. Accounting Staff - Bacoor, Cavite

Colkin Architecture & Construction is a leading firm in the architecture and construction industry, known for delivering innovative designs and high-quality projects. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
2. Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in the company's accounting system.
3. Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Help maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
5. Support the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports and closing procedures.
6. Assist in processing payroll, tax filings, and other regulatory financial reports.
7. Provide support for audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.
8. Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting as directed by senior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or architecture sector.
3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
