We are looking for a Dynamic Virtual Assistant who is available to start straight away. We would prefer someone with experience in accounting. The VA's duties will mostly involve data entry while maintaining financial records and reports, making reconciliations, helping with budgeting and closure processes, maintaining accounts payables documents, producing estimates and contracts, and executing general administrative tasks.To be successful as Virtual Assistant, you should be able to accurately maintain the client's system, general ledger and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). An outstanding Accounting VA should have excellent organizational & analytical skills; excellent communication skills both in oral and written as you will be working closely with Australian clients.At a start, your Job Responsibilities are: Data entry into Xero with respect to invoices for accounts payableData entry into Property Tree with respect to contracts and Form 6sData entry into Rex ( a CRM system) with respect to contracts and Form 6sAs you progress with your VA role, the responsibilities are: Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.Responding to information requests, reviewing financialstatements, and assisting with audits.Create purchase orders and do follow up calls.Assisting the accountant / owner as neededGeneral Administrative Ad Hoc task such as scheduling meetings & appointments; manage contact list, take notes and record meetings conducted online; prepare presentation to clients via Google meet, etcWhat we are looking for (Preferred Skill Set)Urgent role ? can start within 2 weeks or right awayBachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.Preferably with 1 year (or more) customer service, accounting & virtual assistance experienceProficient in English (both verbal & written)Good Computer Skills ?
