Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor with a strong focus on native advertising and guest post strategies. As a Digital Advertising Supervisor, you will oversee a team of digital advertising specialists and lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital advertising campaigns that leverage native content and guest posts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development and Oversight: Lead the development of digital advertising strategies with a specialized emphasis on native advertising and guest post placements. Provide guidance and direction to the team in aligning advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of native advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, content discovery networks, and publisher websites. Ensure that campaign objectives are met and that performance targets are achieved within budget constraints.
3. Advertising Outreach and Partnerships: Lead outreach efforts to identify potential advertising opportunities, including but not limited to guest posts, banners, video rolls, and newsletters, on relevant blogs, websites, and publications. Develop and nurture relationships with external publishers and bloggers to secure high-quality guest post placements that drive traffic and engagement.
4. Team Management and Development: Supervise a team of digital advertising specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in campaign execution and optimization. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting skill development and professional growth opportunities.
5. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Oversee the monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, native placements, and guest posts using relevant analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI based on data-driven insights.
6. Budget Management and Allocation: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to high-performing campaigns and optimizing spend to achieve marketing goals efficiently. Monitor spending trends and adjust budgets as needed to maintain alignment with overall marketing objectives.
7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in native advertising, guest posting, and digital marketing. Share insights with the team and apply new strategies to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications: -7+ Years in Advertising Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital advertising strategy development, with a strong emphasis on native advertising and guest post placements.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative advertising strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MUST WORK ON-SITE; Mondays through Fridays, 8AM to 5PM. Office is located at Sampaloc, Manila. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
