CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES-VOICE for a new Healthcare (Insurance) Account
(onsite assignment, graveyard shift)
Qualifications: Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR (Healthcare Account-Insurance) experienceExcellent verbal and written English Communication SkillsAverage Typing Speed of 45-50 WPMExcellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for CallbacksFast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skillsTeam player and able to work with less supervisionKnowledge using Microsoft Excel FilesGood problem solver & has a Positive attitudeMust be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidaysWell-organized, Responsible, and InitiativeIndependent with positive work ethic and passion to succeedWilling to start immediately Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls from policyholders regarding insurance claims, coverage, and benefits.Respond promptly to emails and inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, social media, and email.Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims and issues.Provide accurate and up-to-date information about insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to policyholders.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance support services.Collaborate with other departments, such as claims processing and underwriting, to provide a seamless customer experience
