Responsibilities Responsible for growing the AXA Philippines Business by recruiting, developing, and leading financial advisors specializing in Protection and Health, Savings and Asset Management, and Casualty and Property.

Qualifications Legal age Management experience of at least 2 years Preferably a degree in Business, Banking, or Engineering Experience managing more than 5 people Background in Recruitment Sourcing and Attraction is a plus 2-3 years of sales experience College graduate Organizational affiliations (plus) Personal laptop/tablet required Tech-savvy Strong motivational skills, driven, and energetic Experience in industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Banking, Finance, BPO, Hospitality, Premium Sales, Auto, Distribution, top government ranking, or academe Proven record of driving a high-performing team Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
