Unit Head

Job Description: As a Unit Head, you will oversee and ensure high quality and timely delivery of all projects of the unit and upkeep of the applications and platforms owned by the unit.
Duties and Responsibilities: Share the delegated responsibility of the head, and own full accountability for delivery in the assigned unit.Ensure the right people are assigned to support the PIP team in delivering an approved business case, assignment of right delivery managers.Full accountability to the quality delivery of applications and platforms.Point of escalation for all delivery team leads and team members.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.With 15+ years of application delivery experience in financial services, 10+ years specialization in focus areas for the unit.Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas.BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
