Unilever is one of the leading suppliers of consumer goods. We have more than 400 brands and our products are on sale in more than 190 countries. On any given day, 2 billion people use our products to look good, feel good and get more out of life.
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme is a paid, full-time accelerated leadership/management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast-tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years.  The programme is open to all graduating students in 2024 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.  About Unilever  Unilever is one of the largest global fast-moving consumer goods companies that owns some of the world's much-loved brands such as Dove, Axe, Rexona, Close Up, Pond's, Clear, Sunsilk, Cream Silk, Breeze, Domex, Magnum, Knorr, Best Foods and more. Our products sold under our many brands are used 2 billion times a day and in over half the households on the planet. We want our business to flourish, and we know that our success depends on others flourishing around us. That is why our purpose is to make sustainable living commonplace, and why sustainable, long-term growth is at the heart of our business model.
What will you be doing?  You'll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You'll use this level of insight to help develop our products' personalities and bring them to life. That could mean working on the launch of a new ice cream flavor, undertaking research on the latest trends in hair care, looking at sponsorship opportunities or planning a home care brand's digital campaign. Our people have the opportunity to make a big impact every day on a local level, across the Philippines, and around the globe.
What do we look for?  Creative flair will see you go far, but marketing is commercially focused and demands strong business and project management skills to actually make things happen. It takes a deep sense of logic, ambition, organizational, and analytical skills and a head for figures.
What will the programme involve?  The three-year, world-class development programme is packed with variety and challenge, with the opportunity of promotion to manager level after 3 years. You'll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Over three years, you will cover 5-7 placements, including time within:
Local brand-building or deploy placements where you will get exposure to commercial marketing and have the opportunity to work with iconic brands like Creamsilk, Dove, Knorr, Selecta and Surf, managing brand mixes across all their elements. Brand development or innovations design teams on strategy, real innovation and advertising development. Cross-functional rotations such as Customer Business Development (Sales) and Finance, where you will build relationships, analyze relevant data, own financial forecasting, agree a tailored business plan, or negotiate promotions.  Marketing or PH-wide projects aiming to hone your leadership muscle and provide you exposure across leadership teams Support and empowerment: We will support you every step of the way to senior management but much of your progress will be up to you. You will need to be focused and ambitious to get where you want, identifying opportunities and taking responsibility for your own development. During the 3 years of your programme, you will be learning and developing in the rotations you will be doing, having real responsibility and impact. This development is supported with a learning roadmap full of internal and external training focused on developing your individual leadership skills. We have an established tradition of developing our own purpose driven leaders and encourage innovative thinking. Future focused feedback and challenging goals drives innovation and ambition within a performance culture and an inclusive and informal environment. We will push you to achieve your potential and make a big business impact where you learn from the best. Firsthand experience – it is the fastest way to learn. Why should you apply?  Work with  exciting brands that give you a chance to make a genuine impact on people's lives A real job from day one that continuously tests and develops your skills Local & international exposure to stay close to local consumers and harness global expertise Work with cross-functional teams to  see the big picture Support along the way with great (learning) development opportunities Competitive primary and secondary benefits such as salary and company pension Requirements for Application Eligibility to work in the Philippines at the start of the programme.
