Review personal loan applications with precision in a high-volume environment.Review and verify information such as personal ID and possible alternative data to determine the credit worthiness of the applicant.Interact with customers over the phone t verify his/her identity and identify potential fraud activities.Support auto-underwriting system by identifying, classifying, labelling, and evaluation each application cases,Keeps issued equipment operational by following instructions and established procedures on its usage,Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reposting needed changes.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and achieving the set target.
