Underwriting Specialist (Banking/Finance) | Paranaque Onsite | Night Shift

Client originates and services factoring facilities to support working capital needs concentrated in the transportation industry, with a focus in over the road, for hire trucking segment. The Factoring Division enables clients to generate liquidity for operational needs through the purchase of receivables from the client. The Underwriting function in Factoring serves to identify risks and mitigations common to the credit, character and collateral profile of both new and existing factoring clients.
Client Factoring Division is looking to employ temporary labor support to complete certain aspects to facilitate the completion of the Underwriting function in the new business origination process. These specific tasks are delineated in the below list of Duties and Tasks.
Duties & TasksSend Liveness authentication envelopes through Docusign to all individual persons listed on the Application.Input specific data in pricing fields in Salesforce.Capture data relevant to conducting searches from Salesforce.Download / order articles of incorporation / organization and attach into Salesforce.Validate Address / Address type through the Melissa Data Link and denote findings in Salesforce.Conduct searches of Secretary of State websites for Good Standing / incorporation date.Conduct UCC Searches through our Vendor Corporation Service Company ("CSC") and download / save file results.Conduct OFAC Watchdog Search and download / save file results.Conduct Highway Search and download / save file results.Conduct CLEAR Business search on Corporate applicant and download / save file results.Conduct Clear Personal Search on owner(s) and download / save file results.Conduct Searches of all parties in both Delta and in Salesforce.
