The Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. is hiring for Underwriting Senior Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the property underwriting technical teamDevelop, implement, and monitor underwriting policies and proceduresAnalyze and assess property risks and determine appropriate coverage termsProvide technical support and guidance to underwriters, other departments and MICI's branchesEnsure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with other departments and branches to improve underwriting processes and toolsConduct training for Underwriting PropertyReview and approve large and complex property insurance applicationsMonitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantageQualifications: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Property UnderwritingProven leadership experience in a technical underwriting roleStrong analytical and decision-making skillsIn-depth knowledge of property insurance products and risk assessmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLocation: 2F Mercantile Insurance Bldg., General Luna Corner Beaterio Sts. Intramuros Manila
