Underwriting Claims Assistant

:

- Assists the Branch Head in providing the necessary services to all the Clients, Customers, Agents and Brokers maintaining the quality of services within the standards of the Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.
Receives claims and underwriting advice and assists client, agent or broker or representative on matters relative to the request.
2.
Inspects, evaluates units for repair as well as takes pictures of damages incurred for proper evaluation of the unit/s.
3.
Provides assistance to the Branch Head by properly canvassing parts required for units to be repaired.
4.
Files and segregates claims documents for proper documentation and future reference.
5.
Advises the Immediate Superior on claims matters relative to branch operations.
6.
Assists the Immediate Superior in settling claims as per claims authority granted to the Branch.
7.
Follows up with the Head Office any claims settlements to ensure proper monitoring of claims filed and in process.
8.
Assists Immediate Superior in drafting letter, filing, etc.
9.
Follows up client calls and other businesses.
10.
Undertakes other assignments assigned by Superior/s.
