Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather user requirements and understand design objectives.
UX Research:
Conduct user research and data analysis to create personas.
Perform heuristic evaluations to identify experience gaps and propose actionable insights.
UX Design:
Create high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes.
Develop information architecture and visual design systems (navigation components, CTAs, carousels, widgets, etc.) for digital assets.
Interface Design & Development Collaboration:
Work alongside developers to ensure designs are implemented as per specifications, accurately, and efficiently.
User Testing & Feedback:
Design and conduct user experience testing, gathering insights on usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction.
Strategic Storytelling:
Communicate compelling design narratives, shaping product strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.
What You Bring
Educational Background:
Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Fine Arts, or Equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in UI/UX design for digital products and services.
Proven experience in end-to-end UI/UX design, from research to implementation.
UI/UX Tools Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with popular design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in Illustration Creation and Animation Videos.
Strong knowledge of behavioral science insights and design psychology.
Project Leadership:
Ability to lead design projects independently, collaborating across diverse teams and delivering impactful design solutions.
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts, ideas, and strategies clearly.
