Ui/Ux Designer Davao City Based

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.
3. Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across products.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to continuously improve the user experience.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for at least 3 years.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
