Details of the offer

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented UI Designer with strong digital design skills to join our creative services team. You'll seamlessly connect our brand and digital design systems in designs for a variety of media, including social and digital campaigns, reports, interactive PDFs, presentations, web content and other marketing, communications and sales materials.

You'll create compelling and accessible designs and interfaces, built on the foundation of our brand identity and digital design system, for our a wide variety of traditional and digital media
You'll guide projects through the entire design process, from initial briefs through designing and creating final deliverables for implementation
You'll be an expert in our digital design system, understanding its principles and applying it to interactive media across channels
You'll work closely with others designers in the studio, sharing ideas and insights, participating in creative reviews, building alignment across digital and other media and helping build a positive and inspiring studio environment
You'll leverage studio tools to track and report the status of work, organizing and maintaining files and internal systems and proactively staying ahead of any issues
You'll keep up to date on the latest trends in interface design, UX design, accessibility and help us continually improve our digital offerings


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field
3 or more years of relevant work in a digital design firm, agency, creative firm or within a corporate digital team
Expertise in design and prototyping software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office
An impressive portfolio showcasing your design work, including design for digital products, web or mobile platforms
Strong design skills, especially layout, typography and color. Experience using digital design systems and pattern libraries. Ability to understand user goals and translate them into visually appealing experiences. Strong working knowledge of digital accessibility
A strong command of the English language
Passion about user-centered design and digital design systems
A growth mindset; constantly looking for ways to grow skills, improve our processes and methods, and understand the businesses we operate in
Attention to detail, in both the work and the workflow
Good communication skills and the ability to break down problems and present ideas clearly and concisely
The ability to juggle multiple projects, work quickly and meet deadlines
Understanding of WCAG standards and experience designing accessible web interfaces
