Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UA/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience, and applying user acquisition (UA) strategies to optimize the customer journey. This role involves close collaboration with, developers, sales and marketing teams to deliver engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing designs that drive user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and banners to support UA campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand audience behavior and tailor designs to maximize conversion rates.
3. Analyze campaign performance and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with user needs and business goals.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experience.
6. Ensure consistent design principles across all platforms (web, mobile, and desktop).
7. Design visually appealing and functional interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
8. Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately.
9. Maintain a design system and ensure consistency across all digital products.
10. Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide design solutions.
11. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
12. Monitor the performance of designs through tools such as Google Analytics, or similar.
13. Use A/B testing to optimize interfaces and ad creatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
3. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
4. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a bonus).
6. Knowledge of analytics and user testing tools.
7. Ability to create designs optimized for performance and conversions.
