Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with in-depth knowledge of recruiting Registered Nurses for U.S. placements. The ideal candidate is skilled in navigating the unique requirements of U.S. healthcare hiring, including credentialing, licensing, visa processing, and compliance. This role demands an individual with extensive experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure qualified RN candidates are efficiently placed in high-demand roles across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract Registered Nurses qualified for U.S. healthcare roles, focusing on high-demand regions and specialties. Candidate Sourcing: Actively source RN candidates from international and U.S. markets, ensuring they meet U.S. healthcare regulatory and credentialing standards. Screening and Compliance: Manage screening and selection with a focus on U.S. compliance, including verification of NCLEX exam eligibility, English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE), state-specific licensing requirements, and CGFNS certification. Visa and Immigration Coordination: Oversee visa and immigration processes for international RN candidates, coordinating closely with immigration partners to ensure timely and compliant entry into the U.S. Client Management: Provide excellent customer service and transparent communication to U.S. clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust in NurseAmerica's recruitment process. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified RN candidates who meet U.S. healthcare requirements, using ATS and CRM tools for efficient tracking. Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to streamline timelines, enhance candidate quality, and ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare staffing standards. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on hiring Registered Nurses specifically for U.S.-based healthcare organizations. Must have experience planning, hiring and placing travel nurses within the U.S. Knowledge of U.S. Licensing & Credentialing: Demonstrated experience navigating the NCLEX exam process, English language proficiency requirements (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE), CGFNS certification, and state board of nursing licensing requirements. International Recruiting: Experience in sourcing and recruiting international candidates, with expertise in visa sponsorship, immigration policies, and the logistics of international nurse relocation. Tools and Platforms: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, U.S.-based job boards, and social media platforms. Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work with U.S. time zones, primarily EST and CST, to support clients and candidates effectively. Additional Qualifications Availability to work within Eastern (EST) and Central (CST) time zones. Access to a reliable computer, headset, and a stable internet connection. A quiet, professional environment suitable for remote work. Willingness to install time-tracking software to log hours and productivity. This is a contractual role and does not include additional payments. Strong network within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of RN placements in high-demand U.S. states. Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in languages relevant to NurseAmerica's recruitment regions. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing to strengthen NurseAmerica's employer presence in U.S. healthcare. Soft Skills Native fluency in English with clear and effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and the candidate experience. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and accountability for actions, deadlines, and outcomes. Job Type: Full-time
