Turnover Specialist

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for the preparation of turnover documents such as but not limited to punch listing form, certificate of turnover and acceptance, certificate of completion and acceptance and turnover clearance.
Assists clients in the final handover process and facilitates acceptance of the physical units.
Prepared Deed of absolute Sale and collates dockets for title transfer and transmits to Legal & Compliance Team for processing of transfer of title and tax declaration under buyer's name.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Turnover Of Unit
- Prepare turnover documents and ensure punch listing of units prior to turnover
- Attending to clients' concerns related to turnover documents and procedures.
- Assists clients in the final handover process and facilitates acceptance of the physical units
- Makes sure that he/she handovers quality units
- Coordination with internal groups of client's concern on unit
- Maintains and updates records of turned-over units
- Submits daily activity report.
Turnover Compliance/Documentation
- Prepare/edit Deed of Absolute Sale for fully paid accounts and collates dockets for processing of title transfer under buyer's name
- Ensure correctness and accuracy of details on the documents
- Maintains and updates records of fully paid accounts for title transfer
- Submits Deed of Absolute Sales Status Report
- Submits status of fully paid accounts due for transfer of unit

Provide Administrative Assistance
- Filing, scanning, faxing, composing reports, conducting research and data entry.
**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Planning & organizing
- Basic analytical experience
- Proficient typing skills
- Data organization and storage knowledge
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Apps - Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System is a plus

**EXPERIENCE**
- Preferably with at least 1-year experience in a real estate company
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- At least 1 year in a client-facing role

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Document Controller or similar role: 2 years (preferred)
- Real Estate or Construction Company: 1 year (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
