RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and scrutinizes all for construction drawing including design revisions for any conflict between trades that may arise prior to issuance of plans for actual implementation.
- Supervises CADD operator/s with their work ensuring that everyone performs efficiently and develops a positive and collaborative relationship.
- Controls the issuance of drawings for site implementation.
- Ensures timely preparation, submission and approval of submittals.
- Ensures early detection and resolution of conflicts through submission of Request For Information (RFI) prior to actual site implementation.
- Coordinates with the Construction Management / Project Management representatives, Design Consultants, trade-Contractors and Sub-Contractors for clarifications and information distributions.
- Prepare and submit monthly PMM (Performance Monitoring Measurements) reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary Engineering Course.
- At least 5 years' experience in actual building construction specifically in vertical projects.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SKP, 3D visualization (Revit/BIM (optional)) and manual drafting.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
