**Job Summary **: Ensure that the trucks for deliveries and pick up are weighed in accordance to quality standard.
Responsible in scaling/ weighing the trucks, in and out the premises.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in scaling/ weighing trucks.
- Prepare daily truck scale reports.
- Ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Report to the department concerned any discrepancies encountered during weighing.
- Coordinate with Guards for any assistance, as needed.
- Report immediately to immediate superior for any incidences incurred in truckscale area.
- Monitor and check regularly the truckscale equipment such as bumper bolt clearance, weigher indicator, post and traffic lights, printers and other related equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and observe proper sanitation in the workplace (5 S)
- Observe good housekeeping (5 S)
- Train new workers and trainees.
- Report on scheduled shifting duty (Day shift or Night Shift).
- Can communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Able to monitor Raw Materials (RM) and Truck line-up accordingly.
- Able to monitor time of unloading including stay of trucks inside the feed mill.
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS*
**Education **:Must be a graduate any four (4) years business related course.
**Experience **:With or without experience.
**Special Skills **: Must be willing to train.
Industrious and Trustworthy.
Must be a computer literate.
