Truck Planner

Qualifications:

- At least College level in Logistics/Transportation/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Keen to details and is highly organized
- Above average oral and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Keep records, monitor drivers' daily logs for errors or violations, and monitor their working hours and equipment availability.
- Keep tabs on the weather at all drivers' locations to be able to flag potential issues.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to balance?drivers' health and safety?with customer requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining branches based on their routes and timeline to minimize how many trucks and drivers are out.
- Determine the best delivery methods and get the necessary documents and permits that drivers needed for the delivery.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- TruckPlanning: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- PDL (preferred)
