Job Description Facilitate ceremonies like tribe planning, retrospectives, and reviews to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement.Monitor the health and performance of squads, and take corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with Business Product Owners to prioritize tribe backlog and roadmap, aligning delivery with business priorities.Manage interdependencies between squads and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless delivery.Track and report tribe delivery metrics, including velocity, quality, and risk management.Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.Identify and remove blockers that impede squad progress.Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders within the tribe, fostering talent development.The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in Agile environments.Proven track record as a Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or equivalent in a digital banking or fintech setting.Experience leading large cross-functional teams in complex technology environments.Hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is preferred.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).SAFe Agilist or equivalent certification in scaled Agile frameworks.Stakeholder management and conflict resolution.Digital banking technology and regulatory environment.What's on Offer Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and significant career growth opportunities.
