Treasury Supervisor

Job Description:

- Plans and organizes, assigns and supervises the work of the treasury clerk in receiving, recording and processing of cash payments
- Participates in the Development and implementation of goals, Policies and Priorities relating to cash management function.
- Manages and Supervises all aspects of cash flow
- Prepares summary of daily cash position
- Process LCTR bank documentation, and Caters additional credit lines.
- Performs daily balancing of cash receipts.
- Prepares and compiles documents for auditors
- Monitor bank loans
- Monitors bank balances for incoming collections, debit memos, cahrges, and other transactions.
- prepares reminder.collection letters.
- Monitors account receivables.
- Recommends skills-enhancement trainings for the personnel under supervision in consultation and collaboration with the HR department.
- Conducts periodic meetings with other departments top discuss plans, accomplishment, concerns/issues, and required assistance from other business units.
- prepares accomplishment reports, and other documents required by the finance and Admin manager and Top management.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- With Master's is a plus.
- At least 5 yrs.
of Experience in the Same Capacity/Field
