Treasury Associate

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Performs cash management administrative functions including cash forecasting, cash positioning, in achieving the daily SLAs and time cut-offs, accuracy targets and the operational goals and objectives of the teamManages and executes daily cash processes such as bank transfers and foreign exchange transactionsCoordinates funding internally (management and within Finance team) and externally (banks and partners)Assists in all cash management transactionsResolves and raises all cash issues in a timely mannerPosts daily and monthly reports on ending cash balances and operational receivable balancesMaintains and compiles all account balancesPerforms bank account reconciliationProvides data and supporting documents to the accounting team for journal entry preparation relating to cash management activityMaintain banking relationshipsMaintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activitiesManage a teamPerform related duties as required Qualifications: College graduate, majoring in Finance, Economics or Business ManagementFresh graduate or 1 experience in a related fieldPrior experience in Treasury or Foreign Exchange is an advantageProficient in Excel/Google SheetsHigh analytical skillsDetail-oriented
