Treasury Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.
Assists the AR/Collections team in identifying bank transactions

2.
Coordinates check and cash transaction to the bank

3.
Ensures that bank collection facilities are utilized

4.
Assists customers in getting bank lines (under FSC) with bank partners

5.
Forecasts activities for AR/Collections of the company

6.
Monitors Cash Transactions of Cashiers

7.
Monitors cash transactions in all branches

8.
Ensures that the company has minimum to no cash risk

9.
Submits collection monitoring reports

10.
Regularly updated with different banking product and facilities

11.
Keeps management informed of any specific issues

12.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
13.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

14.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time

**Job Specifications**:

- Degree holder in Accounting, Banking, or any Finance-related course
- Retail banking experience is a plus
- Detail-Oriented
- High Integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
