Treasury Assistant

Responsible for the preparation of check vouchers and Company checks.
- Prepare necessary Bank Documents.
- Responsible for collating, arranging and review of check details prior to forwarding them to signatories
- Encoding of check details in the Company's Accounting System.
- Responsible that all checks are completely signed by the signatories.
- Responsible for monitoring of documents.
- In charge of check releasing.
- Preparation of Daily Cash Position Report
- Work Closely with the Accounting & Purchasing Department

Job Qualification
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field.
- Highly motivated, meticulous, organized and with good communication skills.
- Honest and good moral character
- Computer literate
- Willing to work in San Pedro Laguna
