Treasury Assistant

Maintains all Treasury and Finance Records and keeping them in an organized manner.
- Assists Treasury Supervisor and Finance Manager in preparing documents needed for BIR and LGU Assessments.
- Guarantees proper and timely filing of tax returns, as well as other monthly and yearly compliances.
- Checks and verifies rent income and receivable; investigates and proposes possible resolution /adjustment for any discrepancies.
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and monitors undeposited collections.
Prepares adjusting entries needed.
- Safekeeping of documents, contracts, and agreements.
**Job Qualifications**
- BS Accountancy, Business Administration or in any relevant field in Finance
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Treasury: 1 year (preferred)
