**Job description**

**Qualifications**:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business related course

2.
Computer literate: MS Word and MS Excel

3.
Attentive to details, can adapt well and work under pressure with minimum supervision; willing to work long hours and render overtime service

4.
Experience in Treasury is an advantage but with no experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5.Can communicate well.
**Job Description**:

- Process APV for various payments.
- Processing of disbursement such as stamping PAID and writing payment details on all documents.
Update disbursement monitoring of processed CVs and checks.
- Monitoring and updating of ADS subsidiary ledger.
- Monitoring and updating of Advances to employees (SSS Sickness and Maternity Reimbursement).
- Updating of status processed checked in SAP UDF.
- Maintain manual (excel) list of check on hand.
**Salary**: Php570.00 per day
