Treasury Assistant

**Job Summary**:
The Treasury Assistant shall be responsible for the regular update of cash flow worksheet and assists in any treasury transactions and ensure that PO and CDO have complete signatory approvals.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
Updates daily the cash flow worksheet with payout/expense items/details to assists in the cash flow management.
2.
Assists in checking of completion of approvals of PO/CDO based on expense approval matrix to ensure that only authorized disbursements are processed.
3.
Assists in the daily treasury transactions (e.g.
fund transfer, urgent payments to vendors, etc.)
to ensure timely processing of transactions.
4.
Coordination of with the vendors on the reconciliation of accounts to ensure that records are correct.
Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of BS in Financial Management or Accountancy
- Minimum of one (1) year relative experience in the same field
- Must be willing to start ASAP
- Job Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City - Monday to Friday
