As a Travel Specialist at IGT, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and more. You will provide expert advice, excellent customer service, and create personalized travel experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including airfare, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Listen to clients' travel preferences and requirements to recommend suitable destinations and experiences. Provide detailed information on travel options, pricing, and any relevant travel restrictions or requirements. Handle booking reservations, process payments, and issue travel documents. Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
