Travel Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source clients and plan details for their transportation, accommodation and airlines.
- Be involved in planning and selling packages for transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Be in front line for answering client's concerns, such as packagers, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Generate and manage client database containing relevant information
- Maintain cooperation and coordination with clients, following up with clients about the travel, adjusting to clients' request as needed.
- Network with tour operators and other point of contacts for specific travel
- Manage events alongside with the team, these including conferences and retreats etc.
- Meet given sales targets and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extensive knowledge in Travel industry.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field, or an equal experience.
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems and GDS systems)
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and good attention to detail.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
