**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least a high school graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO Experience
- Airline industry experience is a plus but not required (Thru flight attendant ground crew, ETC)
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Amenable to work in Alabang
- Must have good to excellence communication skills
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Savvy in computer and internet navigation
