• EXPRO 2345 with at least 6 months of BPO Travel OR BPO Sales Experience

SVAR Requirement:
• SVAR Rating: Any C1 or C2 with Parameters

• Starter - No experience at all
• Adapter - With experience but not related to BPO
• Expro Gen 1 - With Customer Service Experience 5 months
• Expro Gen 2 - With Customer Service Experience 6-12 months
• Expro Gen 3 - With Customer Service Experience 13-24 months
• Expro Gen 4 - With Customer Service Experience 25-48 months
• Expro Gen 5 - With Customer Service Experience 49 months above
