Transport Supervisor

Receives and assigns to concern Drivers Job Order on pick-up/delivery from internal customers.
Establishes and implements the Standard Operating Procedures of the Department.
Handles the monitoring of location of the trucks.
Ensures that all the trucks are in good running condition and that regular maintenance and repair is done on time and/or as needed.
Ensures that the service requirements of the customers are attended to on time.
Implements cost control measures by planning the schedule of pick-up of cargoes and by monitoring operational expenses of the Trucking personnel
Ensures that concerns and issues in his department are address immediately.
Conducts regular meeting with his subordinates. Evaluates the performance of his subordinate as scheduled.
