Transport & Impex Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handle customs clearance and coordinate with customs broke
Check all shipping docs related to import to meet customs regulation
Provide and support documents related to Import and ExporT
Process Invoice from Custom broker and forwarder and propose customs duty payment and broker's billing
Coordinate and handle domestic shipment with domestic forwarder
Provide quotation freight cost based on user request
Prepare Shipment Report, tracking and monitoring and CO2 Transportation report
Provide delivery performance data needed for the quality objective, targets and programs (OTP)
Processing CDT and IOD (Duties and Taxes) to be sent to Business Controller for approval.
Processing of permit renewal (Import, Export, OMB and other related to logistics)
And any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Monitoring and review customs broker and forwarder performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration or equivalent
With work related experience in Supply Chain functions
Proficient in Microsoft office/excel
With a background in Import and Export processes
Has knowledge of local customs and regulation
Has working knowledge in international shipment (via sea & air)
