Transport Coordinator

About the role A Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction and most specially can handled POD (Proof of Delivery).
\n What you'll do:Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirementsCommunicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfactionMaintain logs and records of executed ordersCoordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck driver's) according to availabilities and requirementsEnsures that PODs and return transactions are complete, accurate, and processed on time.Supervise daily POD transactions, including the reports What we seek:A young and enthusiastic logistics professional with a background in dispatchGood in verbal and written communicationKeen into details and organized What you'll need:Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience in a Logistics industryMust know how to use Excel and GSheetsWilling to be based in different warehousesAmenable to work in different work scheduleMust be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
