Transition Manager

Qualifications:
? Graduate in any field
? Project Management certifications preferred (Prince2 / PMP)

Skills:
? Must be proficient in Advanced MS Office (Excel.
Word, Power Point)
? Excellent written & verbal communication
? Proactive approach and results focused
? Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and reach best possible result
? Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses
and develop actionable recommendation
? Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones
Knowledge/Experience:
? 5+ years of experience in a project management or transition management role
? Proven track record of running large projects
? Experience in insurance / broking or financial services industry will be added advantage
