Job Title: Transformer Supervisor
Department: Production
Reports to: Production Manager
SUMMARY OF JOB:
The main duty of a Transformer Supervisor is to supervise inspections, assessment and
evaluation of the progress and installation of all equipment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of a Transformer
Supervisor:
1. Ensures that the projected amount of time in completing a task is executed accordingly
2. Coordinates with the team to ensure all on-going projects strictly follows the agreed
specifications stated in the drawing plans
3. Coordinates with the engineering team to conduct an evaluation and/or assessment of
equipment installation works
4. Crafts reports vis-à-vis the conducted evaluation on equipment installation works
5. Works with the team to ensure the requisition of equipment required for all installation
projects (i.e. material, spare parts, tools, etc.)
6. Coordinates with team to provide a report on the required extent of manpower for a
particular installation of project
7. Reassures the compliance of all activities in the projects
8. Reports and updates daily accomplishment of transformer works in-house and on-site
duties
9. Provides requisition of daily materials needed for all activities
10. Assist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or
ability required.
1. Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the field
2. Has acquired certification/license from PRC and/or TESDA related to the field
3. Knowledgeable on the use of MS office applications such as Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, among others
4. Has Organizational and Leadership Skills
5. Proactive and can lead a team well
6. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
7. Experience related to the field is not necessary, but an advantage
