Transaction Specialist

Oversee all Aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.- Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.- Coordinate moving/possession schedules.- Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process.- Enter all client information into client database.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePart-time hours: 20-30 per week**Salary**: Up to Php75,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid training- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
