In these roles you will be responsible for: Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area. Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine. They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members. Performs transactional quality audit based on predefined audit parameters. Performs ATA and detects errors. Accurately reports the required data for projects/Initiatives. Requirements for this role include: High school Diploma or equivalent. Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred. 3+ year experience in customer service. 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts. 3+ year of experience in a professional/office related role that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively with internal team members and external customers. 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
• Knowledge of multiple processes in the BPO space. In-depth knowledge of tools/software used for transactions and audit processes. Demonstrated understanding of process interdependencies. Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
• Good analytical / problem solving skills.
• Basic budgeting, business financial and P&L skills.
