Transaction Backer - Permanent Wfh / Part-Time Or Full-Time

Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance.Coordinate moving/possession schedules.Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.Enter all client information into the client database.General Requirements:•Good command of the English language•Must be 18 years of age and above•A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcamDevice Specification:•Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required•Windows or Mac is acceptable•At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space availableNetwork Requirements:•10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)Benefits:•100% Work-from-Home•No work experience required•Training provided•Career Growth•Job Security and Stability•Profit Share (Retirement Plan)•Opportunity to an all-expense paid trip to the USA•In-house medical assistance (HMO) and paid time off (PTO) provided•Get paid on time•Undergraduates and students are accepted
