Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.Coordinate moving/possession schedules.Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.Enter all client information into the client database.General RequirementsGood command of the English languageMust be 18 years of age and aboveA headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcamDevice SpecificationIntel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredWindows or Mac is acceptableAt least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space availableNetwork Requirements10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
