Job Description
Identify and assess the needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers, and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
Designing and administering individualized and group programs that address specific business needs.
Develop and organize manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other materials that target tangible results.
Assess current and development systems, develop new programs, implement measurement tools, and provide participants with feedback.
Prepares and/or oversees evaluation of programs.
Conduct research to identify specific staff needs.
Job Qualifications
Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Management, AB Psychology, or any four
- course.
At least 1 year solid experience in Training and Development
Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way.
Experience of designing, delivering and maintaining materials is essential.
Extensive knowledge of various teaching methods.
Planning, Leading, Organization, Coordination
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Adaptability and Collaboration
Time Management
Strategic and creative mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
