Training Supervisor

At least 2 years of experience as a Training Supervisor/ Lead or similar role, preferably from a Food & Beverage industry
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or related course
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability
- Thorough understanding of training processes
- In
- depth knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Hardworking, flexible, and extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
